Our goal is to provide reliable and user-friendly
equipment, based on Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM)
technique, dedicated to research activities and
specific applications.
QCM-3 is both a very sensitive mass
measuring instrument with a resolution of 1pg
(10-12g) and a mega-gravity field
generator. Using CSPO-1, accelerations up to one
hundred million times the gravitational
acceleration on the Earth can be produced. This opens new interesting fields
in fundamental physics, materials science and
biotechnology.
Based on a long experience in Quartz Crystal
Microbalance (QCM) technique,
QCM-3 was
developed to be used for mass measurements in
vacuum, gases and liquids. Measurements in the temperature range from
-200oC to 500oC are
possible. A wide range of applications are
possible using four different software programs
included in the QCM-soft.
